Fun places for children in Paris

In Paris, children will enjoy some of the classic attractions, such as climbing on top of the Eiffel Tour or taking a ride in a boat on Seine River, but they will also enjoy the many attractions specially designed for them:

1. Disneyland Paris
Disneyland is by far one of the places where most children dream of spending their vacation. The rides, Disney characters, islands and all the other many attractions available at this magical place are guaranteed to offer children an experience they will remember their entire life. The Pirates of the Caribbean and the Haunted House are among the absolute favourite places of entertainment in Disneyland Paris. Keep in mind that there are long queues at the entry, so it would be best to arrive here early in the morning.

2. Cirque de Paris
At this circus, children can have their faces painted like the faces of clowns or can try to walk on a wire. Of course, they can also watch the regular circus shows. As always, at the circus children mostly enjoy the shows performed by the animals.

3. The Museum of Curiosity and Magic
Situated in the heart of Paris, this fascinating museum will leave the children breathless. Here they can learn about the history of magic and see interesting objects connected to magic, such as magic wands and mystery boxes, as well as objects that used to belong to the famous magician Houdini. They can also assist a live magic show that will amaze the adults as well or they can visit the hall with magic mirrors.

4. Asterix Park
This land of adventures was inspired by the book of Albert Uduza. It offers thirty two attractions, including the longest montagne russe in Europe. Ten of these attractions are dedicated to children younger than six years old. At the Asterix Park children can enter six different magic worlds: Egypt, The Roman Empire, Welcome to Gaul, The Vikings, Ancient Greece and Travel through time.

5. Jardin d’acclimatation
It is an entertainment park located in the north of Boulogne Forest. It offers a montagne russe, poneys, puppet shows and two museums for children. On Wednesdays, you can take a ride in a train pulled by a steam engine.
